Question Regarding Bing Ads

I have created a bing ad account yesterday. I have also set up a ad campaign on the same day. But till now haven't receive any clicks or impressions. My account is active, financial status is no hold, delivery eligible. Whats is the problem?? or does it usually take time to get impressions/clicks (new to bing ads)??
