Early Christmas Shopping

My husband and I went to many stores to look for Christmas gift for our son and daughter yesterday and the other day. So many toys to choose but they want an Ipad type of toys where they can watch and played videos. Well, we found a Leappad in Walmart Toys R Us and EB Games store. each store prices varied. Walmart is the cheap one. My kids were very excited to it, then we continued searching and we found Innotab 2 made by vtech which is cheaper than the leappad and there's a lot of games to choose rather than the other one.
We let them decide what they want and they choose the cheaper one which I found it very good for our pocket. By the way, my kids doesn't know that we bought that product. They keep on bugging us if we bought it but we said no. We want them to open it on Christmas time and surprise them.

Never to early for me to start xmas shopping. i started a few weeks ago. Have not bought alot. But I checked prices and ideas here. Hope you have a great xmas season there. Take care.

Thanks, everyday my husband and I will go to the store and check the prices of the toys, games and clothes for my kids. Hehehe, the other day at Walmart the leappad gaming device for kids was $108 plus tax then when we came back it was $78 plus tax. So, what we did we returned the one what we bought and bought the other one. We bought also other toys that on sale. however, it is hard to choose for my daughter because there's not a lot of toys on sale that she like.
For the clothes, I decided to sew by myself for the entire family for Christmas, New Year and my daughter's birthday.

I feel excited reading your post! I can still remember when I was younger that I used to count down the days until Christmas so I could open it. I always check the gifts under the tree with my name on it to see how many belongs to me. :) Gone are the days that I have the most gifts received every season because now, I am already grown up. I am a young professional and it is my turn to give back the blessings! :) I agree with what you did. Early Christmas shopping is so practical because you get the chance to save the time, money, and effort.
Buying one by one is good because if you bought on the day before Christmas you will end up picking the wrong gift at the wrong price because you have no time left.
Early Christmas shopping is an adventure because you get the excitement of thinking what will be their reaction when they open your gifts on that special day! :)
I sure your kids will be happy for what you bought them! :) Sssssh! :) It's a secret!

Even though you grown up still you deserves to receive gift on Christmas. Well, it is not about the toys but for some other things.
Yes! it is very excited to know that the children is wondering if the parents buy the things they want to have. It makes them behave and listen to what you said. Like my kids, since they want something, they always behave. Take note after they will open it, they will go back to their attitudes. Same as last year.
I agree with you, early shopping saves you energy and time. And buying one by one is also good in the since that you don't notice how much money you spent.

Yes, there are so many things to choose from when it comes to internet connection, etc. I have a friend who bought tablets for both of their sons for Christmas and keeping them a secret. Even bought one for herself so she has to even keep that a secret. But anymore, I think this is the Big rave is things like this. Hope they will be satisfied when they get them.

I have also been christmas shopping early I am almost done actually, I only have 3 more people to buy for and then i'll be complete. Last year I waited until the last minute to do my shopping because I didn't prepare myself correctly. This year I started shopping in October and each pay check I buy gifts if I have enough money left after paying my bills, and it seems to work out perfectly. Your kids will be excited to get those gifts on Christmas. I can't wait til my niece and nephew open their gifts from me on Christmas.

That's wonderful that you got a jump on your Christmas shopping now. If the toy your child wants becomes the flavor of the season then it can become quite a hassle acquiring it. Also it gives you lots of time to shop for deals.
Walmart almost always has the best prices on everything. I hate shopping there but I tend to suck it up for the deals. Also I've started buying a lot of things online. I often do the best on Amazon.com.

I will give lot of gifts in my christian poor people. And they enjoy for it. their gift is toys,dress,stars,many more.
