Today on the ABC Family channel today my daughter and I watched,"Ella Enchanted".This movie was made in early 2004 in the United States and later the same year in the United Kingdom. The film stars,Anne Hathaway and Hugh Dancy among many other fine actors and actresses.
I first saw this movie on DVD that I had bought for my daughter from Avon.We loved and still do.
Have you ever seen this movie? And if so how did you like it and why?

I also have a daughter and I promised her to watch the DVD of 'Ella Enchanted' together because in those days I didn't have a laptop. The day we saw it in the shop near our flat I didn't have enough money in my pocket. So the next day I went to buy it in the evening and it was gone! There was just one copy of it. I was so sorry because my kid started blaming me and we even had a quarrel because of this movie. Now you remind me of it and it's a good idea to watch it online
I like watching Anne Hathaway's early movies because she looks so innocent and spontaneous there. Now she looks more of a grown-up mature woman and I miss her natural teenage look in Princess' Diaries.

I like that movie! I always thought it was good because it shows that any girl has the potential of becoming who she wants to be, whether anyone likes it or not.
One of my daughters favorites besides Ella Enchanted was 'The Little Princess' there were two, one was made in 1939 with Shirley Temple and the other was made in 1995.
My daughter loved them both but liked the 1995 version a little more.
She always loved the line at the end that says "all girls are princesses"

I have heard of the movie, but I am not sure if I have ever watched this one. I have a 5 year old daughter who would probably enjoy the movie. I might have to watch it with her sometime. There is a site online that I watch a lot of movies for free at. I will look to see if it is on there later today. Maybe we can curl up on my bed with my laptop and some popcorn and watch it. Or maybe Netflix has it..
