Would you believe in a saying "THE ONLY CONSTANT IN LIFE IS CHANGE"? At work, my BOSS once said : The only constant here is change. He said policies change, goals,and plans change, They innovate and learn new things. Thats how the business works and prosper. Friendship: Friends come and go,our bestfriends before may not be your bestfriends forever. Ourselves: We do change for the better.

It really is true, yet most people seem to struggle with change. The most tendency to most people is to resist change it's because people don't like uncertainty or unknown. Even when something is touted with improvement for the better people still have the attitude of asking what's in in for them?

Hi hlfbldmom, How would this people know when they resist change.I can site an example of people who take a step forward and see things, learn from it and do it better when they fail Risk takers are usually the once who becomes successful. Thanks for sharing... Cheers.

Yes, I do believe that the only thing that is constant in this world is change because people are not easily contented with the way how and what life has to offer so we tend to look for something more. Sometimes it could be good for us to develop ourselves more but if we always find fault in everything we do just to make a change, it's a different story. Innovative change can be good or better for someone as long as the character and values stay with them. But for some, the minute when change happens and everything that is all about them changes too, they tend to forget who they are and sometimes it could lead to something they would regret for the rest of their lives.
