The festival of lights.. Diwali is here..

hey guys, the festival of lights and crackers is here. This Indian festival is the most celebrated festival in India and is also one of the most awaited festivals. The day starts with cleaning of houses and shops, then preparation of delicious dishes and sweets in the evening and then bursting crackers in the late evening. Besides many Gods are worshiped on this day for happiness, joy, money and blessings.
Although i am far from my hometown due to my journey, i would like to wish everyone a happy Diwali.
I would like to know how much u know about Diwali? Are you bursting crackers or not? How are you celebrating this festival this time? Please do share your thoughts!

Thanks a ton for your response. Well thanks a lot and wish u the same also. Apart from Diwali, we have so many festivals around it like Bhai Dooj, Dhanteras, etc that sets the festive mood for a week. This time i am on a trip with my family members so for the first time i wont be able to celebrate Diwali and i am missing it the most. But i will try to watch others celebrate Diwali and get entertained from it. How did u celebrate Diwali this time? Do share with us!
