Does adfoc.us pay, or is it a scam?

I have been using this website for a while now and I have earned $4. I have heard a lot of positive and negative things about them. Whats your experience with Adfocus and have you been paid?

May legit sites are becoming scam as day goes by, I don't think adfocus is legit anymore. Claim your 4 dollars right now and stay away from them.

I wish I could but they have a Payout Minimum of $10.

They did pay. But I have seen many posts that they are now delaying payments or choosing who they pay. id stay away from them.

I have heard that they pay in Small Amounts. But if your asking for a Payment over $100, You will probably be banned.
