Does paid2youtube.com pay, or is it a Scam?

I have been on this Site for a few years and I have never reached the Minimum Payout of $10. I have heard a lot of Positive and Negative things about Paid2YouTube. Some people say that they pay? Some people say that they don't? Has anyone been paid by them?

Why post youtube videos through them when you can make your own channel in youtube and just promote your videos so that you can earn directly from youtube? I think that site is a scam.

yes i received many payout from his site and the last is about 8-10 days ago so is still legit from this point of view many people were not in appeal on this site because in the past you are able to request payout so fast and now not because you have few videos to see daily in realtion to the past and so your earnings are slower but when you request the payout they pay till now!!

I had been an active member on this site.Then I abandoned the site.Because, there was not enough videos to view at that time. Seeing this discussion I went to that site and viewed 7 videos.That means, this site is little progressed now. I have $7.7 at present including todays views.Thanks for reminding about this site.But I don't know whether this site is paying or not.
