few days before, i have chat with my friends. he is my bestfriend, he keep asking me what kind of surprise that woman love. to fulfill his question, i give him 5 ways that i like.
he really want to make surprise for her girlfriend, because lately he having some problem with his relationship.
1-just being o good listener. just listen dont criticize her dont ever interrupt when she start to talk.
2- make a small thing that for her is really a big thing. for example: wish good morning/night. maybe some man think is not necessary,but it depend, some woman love to hear it each day.
3-never and ever forget a date like her birthday/anniversary etc.
4-surprise candle light dinner,spontaneously. not on certain date or event
5-send flower to he work place. some woman love to show that she has really loving romantic partner
so.. what other way u want man do?

From my experience with relationship with my girl friend,I would agree 200 percent to your first point.Many a time,they want to just blurt out their feelings and opinions regarding various issues and they never expect our opinion.If we share our opinion,they get sad and usually ends up in a fight.Apart from it,surprises play a important role,but as my ex-girlfriend received many surprises from so many friends,mine never mattered much to her even though I had brought that with so much care,love and expectation.

Hi ungu89. I think it varies of which type of a woman his girlfriend is. If she is a career woman, cooking for her favorite dish will win her heart other than just dining out on an expensive restaurant. It will make a difference. Since she's a busy person, pampering her with tasty meals will make her relaxed.
Doing some free maintenance work on her house like uneven table, loose eletric outlet and plumbing concern will make him be her superhero.
It depends also on how long they know each other. If they just met, he must bring along some of her female friends to make her feel comfortable.
For sure, my suggestions are kind of unusual. But that will really do the trick. Doing things in the unique way. Complimenting her and making her feel special will add spice to that cold relationship again.

One of my favorites is finding little notes or poems that he writes that come straight from the heart. I save them all!
Things that make me laugh, a quick phone call or text message with something funny.
A phone call or text saying he just wanted to say hi and that he was wondering how I was doing.
Somehow the little things are the things that mean the most and they don't cost any money at all!
These are the things that go straight to the head and heart and they seem to count more than anything money could ever buy.

Well, some more can be added here like , surprise her with some expensive gifts on her B'day.
Take her out for a candlelight dinner.Diamond is women's best friend. Always make her realize that, she holds a special place in your heart.Long driving also not a bad option at all.Make her shop her favorite perfume and Lingerie.

wow such a romantic guy .. i love that. i have seen a video of a man surprising his wife... he asked all the people to dance in the street in choreography. maybe that's too much. my apologies. Anyway, give her flowers. if you can ask people stranger to hand it over to her one by one and saying how much this guy loves her why not until she gathered a full bunch of bouquet of flowers.

I want a life (family/friends) of my own and my husband to respect that, since he has that too. I want my husband to give me a helping hand with everything and not expect me to do all the jobs (incl. housekeeping) alone. I want my husband to be able to keep care of himself, be hygenic and clean and shaved and not holding up his hand for financial support. I want to be able to share things/issues with my husband but I don't like advice if I am NOT asking for it (men always seem to think you ask for advice if you tell them something). I don't like unexpected surprises (which includes canle light dinners). I do like my husband to show he cares about me and loves me but I don't like flowers and I don't need presents at my working place (I llike to keep work and private separated). BTW it's proved that many women don't like surprises that much at all. Mostly because they are not that great to their opinion.

your words make me remember one of my friend, she already went to japan follow her husband. she just like u, doesn't like surprise at all.
remind me one of the surprise that her husband what to do to her, its before their get married, i and few other help his husband to set up a surprise few days after her birthday, but its look she doesn't like it so much.

I just like to know that he is thinking of me and he thinks I'm special! I also like practical surprises...him seeing that I have a problem that I haven't solved yet and him going ahead and fixing it for me. Or surprising me with jewelry or clothes...doesn't have to be expensive, but I can wear it and it will make me think of him and appreciate him. Most girls like to show off when they have a good man. "Where's your necklace from?" "Oh, _____ gave it to me. Isn't he thoughtful?" and then she gets to brag ;)
Taking my car and getting my oil changed or tires inflated, cooking a meal for me, etc. :)
