I don't own a gun! I wonder if there was martial law occured in my area how would I survive? Do you have a stungun, club, revolver or rifle of anykind in your home? If you were attacked in your home what would you do? If you had the opportunity to take part in a survivor course would you?

what do you mean by a survivor course? if everyone took a course like that, or if it was recommended, that would be an official acknowledgement of lawlessness, that government and what it stands for has failed. no, no. at no time would anyone be asked to take it officially until doomsday...if there will ever be one. btw, have you thought about doomsday?

I don't own a weapon either but I can sure find a club real fast if I need to! And I would. @mydanods= Dooms day is exactly what I am talking about!! Preparedness. I don't really care what the government thinks. It is my right as a citizen to take a survivor course if I so wish. Just like every other AMERICAN! And it doesn't hurt to be prepared.

stungun, revolver and any weapon I have none, but one thing I can have it's in the arm of God. If ever bad people attack me the only thing I can do is to trust God to give me wisdom in how to survive and escape from the hands of that bad people. But it's always been my hope and prayer that I will never experience such situation.

It is good that you have this kind of strength. Hopefully he will give you the wisdom that you need.

I have always thought that though we can take precautionary measures, we can never be too safe, too prepared and there would always be those times that presence of mind would be the only thing that could help us. it is not always our skills, we could be taken by surprise and would not be able to fight back.

We all need to be proactive though and try to be prepared for anything that might come.

Like I stated before: I have been wanting to ask this group these questions for a long time to see where they were at. I can't worry over these things. Doesn't mean I don't think about them or have interest in them. I will soon have a big, tall tough kid here so I think I have it nearly handled.

I like your question Celticeagle. God forbid that someone would be brave to attack my home, or anyone in my home- in my absence! They would not be able to deal with the consequences. Anyway, I would encourage anyone to participate in any survivor course being made available.

I agree. I think it is only smart and proactive to get all the info a person can just incase cause you just never know.
