Any artists here? What kind of art do you do?

I do charcoal painting and I do it for hobby. Some of my friends will request me and give gifts. No exhibit, just hobby. I paint saints' pictures and give away to some friends.

I´m the kind of friendship artist... I like to make friends. I do friends for the fun, they are very helpfull in eveyday troube. I exhibit my friends everyweekends at the bar near to my house LOL

I like to sketch and paint to de-stress. My paintings are essentially acrylic on paper. Sometimes pencil on paper. Other than that, i write poetry and sing.

I like to paint and draw and i like making small roses out of clay. its all for fun and to relax. i put my paintings on my wall. heres a picture of one of my paintings. my webcam sucks lately i think my 9 month old got a hold of it lol.

I enjoy many kinds of Art.. I draw, used to paint, and am into photography...I also love to write poetry and read it as well...and music that really moves me. I used to play the violin when I was in Highschool...wish I never gave it up~

I paint, mainly Abstract and Surrealist style but I do dabble in some impressionism. I try to do it for profit and well as pleasure but somehow the profit side eludes me. yes, I exhibit my art. http://www.boundlessgallery.com/artist/5823.html

I enjoy doing abstract/geometric art as you can see from my picture. I do it for pleasure mostly though I did try and make a profit of my artwork but was only able to sell it to my closest friends for their childs room. I use different mediums for my project.

I have a hobby of making intricate beaded jewelry. I consider it art because it takes a lot of creativity, learning and patience. So far I’ve done it just for personal pleasure, but I have considered doing it for sale. The only problem is I cannot produce a lot at a time because it takes a lot of time and concentration to make. Also, I hate to sell them because I make them to suit my tastes, and when I’m done I usually want to keep it to use. But I need the money, so I have to do what I have to do.

I draw, but not professionally; I just love doing it. I have lots of scrapbooks and other albums, notebooks, etc. to showcase my artwork.

Does doodling count? Seriously, I used to draw and paint constantly. Now I'm doing well to get my Illustration Friday submission in each week.
