It depends if you're looking for free or paid versions. However, usually the paid versions of an anti-virus are better. If you have a genuine copy of windows XP, vista and windows 7, I highly recommend that you try microsoft security essentials, which is a free anti-virus software from microsoft. My current operating system is windows 8, hence it has a built anti-virus software already which is similar to security essentials, and is called windows defender. Avg, nod 32, avira, and avast are some of the good anti-virus softwares you can get.

I use the free version of AVG. I was hacked once years ago when I had the paid version of Mcafee. A friend of mine who was a computer programmer suggested the free AVG software instead. I'ts been six years and I haven't had any problems since. I highly recommend AVG anti virus software.

I use the McAfee and it is good one. Someone suggested escan and i tried it for a month and it was good too but this was a purchased one and i had a trial version. I do not know whether the free versions are good so I just buy one. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead..

I had always trusted avast antivirus. You should try it. The design looks good.
