Yes, spirulina is most complete, well balanced natritious super food on earth. It contans a blue-green algae that grow naturally alkaline waters for centuries. It can derive as little spiral. It brings us some sun light's. Strengthen bones and teeth is one main function Spirulina.
Do you consider this as powerful supplement?

Looking at an on-list list of vitamins and supplements I came across spirulina listed. I wondered what it was for. Now I have found out that it strengths bones and teeth so that sounds great to me. It seems like rather a powerful supplement. I eat a vegan diet.

I started taking spirulina mainly because my iron levels were low and it is supposed to be a good source of iron.
I've noticed that I have more energy when I take it and it also makes my skin look better, and my hair look healthier from all of the nutrients.
I'm not too keen on the taste, but it OK stirred into some rice milk.

no food or supplement can be branded as good for health of all. I have been suffering from ulcerative colitis since 2000 and have been advised not to take any rich protein diet. If spiriluna or any other thing would have been good for everyone, they wouldnt have asked me not to go for it.
but yes, this product has a very high protein value and hence it will be great for those who can have it.
