The secret to staying healthy and keeping your metabolism going strong is to drink lots of water. This is from my own experience. I've dieted many times in my life and the main component to my success has always been drinking a lot of water every day. You can drink too much water and make yourself sick, but you're stomach would get really full and you'd probably stop once you felt that way. All I know is that drinking plenty of water every day keeps my skin looking great, helps me feel full so I don't over eat, and makes the entire process of dieting a lot easier.

Thanks a lot for sharing this tip. I have actually read about this tip in some articles online and seeing that someone really tried it and worked is one sure way to convince not only me but the others as well that are trying to get back to shape.

You're right the more water the better is great for keeping up your metabolism which will result in weight loss.An extra added kick would be to take some protein and/or amino acid supplements.The key to weight loss is always having your metabolism up and building muscle tissue because it take more calories to maintain muscle than it does fat.
