I have been in retail for a few years now, trying to keep moving up, got a few promotion and comfortable in my company, but now a days so many busyness are closing down, that I think we need a new way to do retail a new way to merchandise.

Retail market is becoming very competitive due to inclusion of MNC retail outlets. So to compete with them you need to improvise your strategy of selling and addition of promotional activities. Just try door shipping on demand method may it work.

I worked in retail for years and hated it! Yes, a lot of stores are closing down and I think it might have to do with so much online shopping. There is nothing you can't get online today.
