I don't remember how exactly I got onto the subject of racism and white supremacist groups, but I have been watching Neo-Nazi documentaries on Youtube about these groups and frankly, getting freaked out! I am really scared of all the rhetoric and anti-immigrant mentalities that seem to be constant. After doing a little research, I discovered that the situation is worse in Russia.
Have you ever heard of these groups in real life? What do you think should be the response to racist organizations? They are protected under freedom of speech in most Western countries.

Racism shouldn't be given the freedom of speech. To encourage hatred and instil instability in a society are crimes against humanity. There should be some boundary to the freedom of speech. If this freedom is abused, it can cause much anguish in society.

Hi friend, sad to hear about this incident. I wonder why people are attacking others based on the color? Racism is really a great sin. I am not interested in watching this kind of videos, we must kill our humanity to get brave to watch them

Yeah, it's a long story how I got to those videos...I like to know what is happening and/or has happened in order to help protect myself and those I love.
I was educating myself about the former Black Panthers who were not really racist, but wanted to strengthen the black community during the Civil Rights era in our country, where there was really a war between the races in some parts of the country. I had known about the history of black people here, but wondered what caused some of these things to escalate and why there was such a race problem in America. I don't think that these white supremacist groups were the sole reason, but I think that they created a lot of fear in the minds of "non-white" people.
Today, there is still racism, but I see more anti-immigrant ideology. Since most of the people I know are immigrants in my country and I hear about some of them getting attacked or mistreated, I want to know who is out there escalating this situation. Most people don't have a problem, but these people who are very violent in their language and actions really scare me. I heard that a few of them exist in my state, and I am wondering what can be done to help these people see less hate.

Hi, we meet again. I am familiar with these groups. They do have the freedom of speech and can feel and think anyway they want. Now having said that...
I studied them all quite extensively some years back and the thing that bothered me the most was one) the extent of their hatred and second) the genuine belief in the rhetoric they learn. It just shocked me that at some point "fear" lead to hate and it has been passed down from generation to generation to generation.
I kinda like to figure things for myself so to automatically subscribe to the teachings of someone else is not my style. It is hard for me to imagine living and breathing daily filled with so much hatred over other people on the earth. A earth I am not entitled to call my own, and don't even have the power to stay alive on it forever.

I agree with you about trying to figure things out for myself and I am very glad to hear that you value this as well.
What I have noticed about some of these groups is that they gain in times of economic decline. People complain about their jobs being given to members of other races, look back on the "good old days", etc. Another reason why I hope our economy will improve soon!
Thanks for your response! Miss you here on Mylot!
