Plant a tree instead of burning crackers. Crackers produce air and sound pollution.
Use natural diyas made of clay.
If you love drawing ‘rangolis’ ? Use natural and eco-friendly colors.
We all love lanterns to decorate our houses, instead of paper, better use cloth lanterns; they are pretty and longer lasting.

HAPPY DIWALI TO ALL.

During this time of the year when there are so many different holidays and festivals, there are a lot of different things that we can do that are good for the environment.
For us, we are looking forward to the Christmas season and I can think of two tips that can be shared with people to help make their Christmas season more green. First of all, instead of getting a live, cut tree, get an artificial tree that can be used year after year. Also when it comes to wrapping gifts, try green alternatives, such as wrapping gifts with recycled wrapping paper or reusing old gift bags.

Very good idea, artificial trees look better and are washable too last for years, using old bags for wrapping is very nice.

Yes I accept your eco friendly tips and this year no burn the fataka because pollution is spread due to this. I make a big rangoli in morning time but a dogs sit on the rangoli and spread.

Too bad, but it happens because of stray dogs, no way we can avoid this.
