In life, we will faced with many contracts, agreements, etc. The question is how often do we really pay attention to what's between the fine prints?
Many people eventually get caught in some legal tussles because of this weakness. Is it excitement or ignorance or even trust that causes most of us not to read the fine prints?
How about your experiences?

I think it all equals to the many different things you mention. Most people hope that others will treat them fairly. Often times we don't have enough time to read all of the fine print before signing papers. For example when we go to the doctor's office and talk with the receptionist we often have to sign papers within the first five minutes of being there or leaving. That doesn't give us much time to read everything.

I have got into numerous situations not so pleasant because of this. Not to say I am any better today than those times, but I try not to engage in too many agreements. It is so easy to be caught off guard because most of us don't really like to read the fine prints.

yeah it will definitely benefit us to read those. It is awful that so many companies take advantage of people. Those type of things really should be big print and told to us first. But that would be too much like doing the right thing.

Oh yes, I have had problems a few times because I didn't read between the fine prints. It was good experience any way, a lesson to remember. Now, I always read between the fine lines before signing.
