Do you use an ALARM to wake up?

yep i use my phone alarm to wake up...that way i have to wake up just incase its not an alarm but a call...

When I have somewhere to be at a certain time, I always set an alarm clock. Otherwise I'd be afraid of oversleeping and being late. Often I really need it, and in fact end up hitting the snooze bar repeatedly before I drag myself out of bed. Occasionally I surprise myself, though, by waking before the alarm rings.

I can wake up all by myself but if I have to wake up very early in the morning, I set my alarm of my cellphone to make sure that I can really get up on time. Waking up early is a little hard to do, its so nice to stay in bed for longer hours.=0

i use two mobiles for the alarm.ifix one at 5.30 the other at 6.00.Thefirst one is an alarmto get ready to get up and the second one is to get uuuuuppppp.i can never leave my bed at once. I DONT KNOW WHY.

usually i dont. i have developed the habit of waking up on my own, without any assistance from an alarm clock or another person. but sometimes, when im so tired when im so tired before i went to bed, i will set the alarm clock just in case i couldn't wake up on my own because of tiredness the day before.
