Hello mylotters,
After a whole day of work, most of us are stressed and tired. And we do something that helps us less affected by the stress. Me, I take a nap and eat dessert like ice cream or chocolate. My stress reliever. How about you people what do you do to release the stress?

I go to some quiet place alone. Away from people. Work doesn't stress me, it's people who do so I turn to solitude to relieve me of stress.

I believe I have a stress reliever similar to yours. As far as I know, I just try to repress things that are essentially too harmful to me. Of course, that's not always the case, so I just simply take deep breaths and keep going on...
Why escape reality when it's only going to catch you at one point? I'd face it and get over it.. Guess that might just be me though. Thanks for sharing your stress relievers.

After working, I go home straight and myLot. There's nothing for me to do but to myLot. I only live with my younger in our boarding house. While she's busy in Facebook and in Youtube, I am busy myLotting til I get sleepy. MyLot relieves my stress nowadays. It's already my hobby now. Thanks for sharing and happy mylotting.

the routine most of the time when i get home is change clothes then watch tv. or talk to hubby about the affairs of the day. sometimes it is not what you expect of relaxing.

with reference to your post, whenever i am stressed, i do make it a point that i have my dosage of relieving it. according to the research that i have made, when you are stressed, try to eat those stressed relieving foods such as desserts. hence, if you will try to analyze, desserts was spelled backwards as stressed. so in this regard, it is really effective to pamper yourself with those desserts you love to relieved the stressed that you feel.

After a hard day's work, the best thing to get rid of the stress of nervous tension and physical fatigue is relaxing.And also I'm with you on that eating chocolate of the most important aid to get rid of fatigue and nervous tension.

Yes, at the end of a long stressful day at work, I have to have a way to get relieved of stress when I get back home. My favorite way has been listening to music. I like classical music very much, Chopin, Mozart, and so on. I would listen to the CDs every evening, very refreshing and relaxing.

I love listening to music too. I prefer ballad when I'm stressed while lying on a couch. Music really helps us in many ways.

Hello to you too. In responding to your discussion, my stress relievers are my niece and nephew (age 3 years old). They are twins. They are both naughty but in a cute way. They love to sing and dance and kiss everyone in the house. They would tell me stories about what they did the whole day and talk as fast as they could.

First, I drink a lot of water. It refreshes my system just like an oil to a car. Then go out and breathe some fresh air. Have to see lots of plants and trees, so I go to the nearest park and amuse myself with the touch of nature.

Hi friend, stress is quite common to every one. Good to know about your ways to come out from it. We all have a lot of responsibilities in our life and working hard to fulfill all our needs and necessities. Some of us have busy schedule and don't have enough time to take rest and refresh our self, working throughout the clock like a machine due to our heavy work and don't find time for relaxation. If our life style is in this sort, surely we will get a lot of unwanted health issues due to our activities.
First of all a person who is working for around a clock with out rest will get more tired, stress and depression due to his hard work and feel restless. We all work for our basic needs and health is important one for us, if we work throughout a day and don't think about the refreshment and rest, surely we will get more and more tiredness and health problems due to restless work. So don't work for 24/7 like a machine and allocate some time for refreshment.
Each and every one is having family, friends and lot of responsibilities. No one is free from their work and having busy schedule, but we must find time and allocate some time for refreshment to get energy and motivation. We don't lose anything by allocating 10 minutes in once an hour for our relaxation. This break time will create a new energy within us and we will get rest in this free time and get motivation to do our work with a new energy and more activeness. So don't forget to take proper rest in between your work schedule to refresh your self.
This kind of little break and refreshing activity will make you to come out from your tiredness, stress and depression and create a positive vibration within you, using this positive energy you will achieve a lot of things and do your work in a wonderful way and get interest and encouragement to do more and more work. Take frequent break like this to refresh your self and come out from restless activities. No one have the ability to do the work properly if they are tired and tensed, this kind of break will make you cool and relieve from your stress and help you to become active.

Like you I do, I also take a nap and have a rest at least for a minute. Mingling with friends and office mates will also do. They are funny to be with by nature. Facebook also can help me release stress and most of all here in mylot. I do log in here and this is a stress releasing activity.

Good day to you too, I watch a video in my lifetime, sometimes i listen to music until I fall asleep. I eat ice cream and chocolate. I take picture of myself but in a weird poses and looks and post in FB. hmm.. what else. I sleep ... sleep and sleep.
