I had stop cooking meals for a while and whenever I cooked I felt that the food was not good at all. But lately my cooking skill has improved, even my Mum says so. It is rather encouraging and now I have become obsess with digging up recipes online for me to try new dishes. What about you guys? What is tour level of cooking now?

Hi, happy for you.I would like to know what kind of food you are cooking? Chinese, Japanese, Italian or ... International synthesized food? Sometimes, it's really difficult to find the balance between delicious and healthy on cooking. I'm learning cook, seriously learning the chinese traditional cooking. Improved a lot recently, I'd love to hear more from you :)

I cook English, American and Italian foods mainly. I also cook traditional food here in my country. Yes it is important to watch your health when it comes to cooking. All must be consumed in moderation. I love Chinese dishes as well, especially Chow Mein and Fried Rice. :)

I say that my cooking skill level is still that of a beginner. I can follow simple recipes and even whip up a few stir fried veggies from scratch but nothing more complicated nor ambitious for me. I can do simple pasta and simple stir fries and that's it I guess. Oh yeah, and I can manage to bake a simple brownie. That's just about it for me, but hey I'm still learning and trying to learn more recipes.

Congratulations! I have been trying to cook for a long time now, but still I cannot consider myself a good cook. I'm better at eating than at cooking. I have tried my best, even looked for recipes at the net. But still, I'm no good.
