Remember if you are injured in any way that doesn't mean that you can/should stop exercising the body parts that are healthy. If you stop exercising completely, you body is going to lose the central adaptions that have developed over time from cardiovasular and stregth training. For example a lower resting heart rate.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well yes u are absolutely right, i usually stop exercising when one part of my body starts aching. I feel that if one part of my body starts aching then my other parts of the body will also ache. But as u said we should not stop exercising if one part of our body aches and rather other parts of our body should be involved in the exercising regime. It is a bad idea to stop exercising entirely if one part of our body is paining. What say?

Exercise is a way to make our body more fit. Not only that, there are many benefits of exercise. Therefore, exercise regularly because that will refresh and heal the sick heart.
