I really started early this year, usually I wait until December to start shopping. I did most of my shopping on Ebay and Amazon.com. I seem to do most of mine online as it's just easier and I can get free shipping and the lowest cost. Many of you start your shopping early or do you wait until the last minute?

Like you I am almost finished. One more gift. Thats for my son. And I know where it is so its not a problem. I pretty much don't go out except for grocery shopping the month of Dec. I will go down and see a movie here and there but I really stay home mostly. My husband and I really dont buy anything for each other. We save for our next cruise and This coming year we hope to go to Alaska. I am more excited about that than any present. My son his birthday is on Dec 18th, and then a week later its Christmas. I already bought him a 32 inch TV and an IPOD and a new Cell phone and told him those were his Birthday gifts. So he gets a gift here and there through the year so all his gifts are not so jam packed into one week. He really likes me doing it that way too. So there are only two things left to get him. One is a gift card, and the other is at a couple of places so I will get it for him and be done.

I am the same way about not going out much to the stores in December, especially come the week before Christmas the only shopping I will do will be groceries. A cruise to Alaska sounds great!! Enjoy!

I have many things to do, but my Christmas shopping means basically gathering ingredients and cleaning recycled glasses. I usually give out food made by myseld (jams, preserves, cupcakes, you name them). That means that the shopping is about buying more sugar, spices, olive oil for the salty preserves. I start to work at my kitchen around 10 days before Christmas, but I try to buy some of the ingredients beforehand.

I have started but I am not done , I am buying a little at a time . I am doing my Christmas shopping locally , the shipping fee is too expensive to buy items online . I only shop online when I cannot get things locally . I would not get any free shipping . I dont wait until last minute because the crowd is too much .

I usually do it as early as September. But this year is not that good like the past years and I have to wait a few more weeks before I can start doing my shopping. Well, hopefully I could still find items that I want inexpensively.

Apart from some little things, I've purchased all the gifts for my loved ones. My mom is going to get a boardgame she's been longing for for ages (it was hard to find it), my dad is going to get novels in French, my brother is going to get a sweater and a mini cologne and my best friend is going to get a custom-made funny T-shirt. I may buy some theatre tickets for my parents and some tiny little thing for my friend (like a nail polish). I still haven't bought anything for my fiancé, but we made a treaty, so we are going to tell each other what we want... but I feel that it's going to be a nice elegant long-sleeved shirt for him.

I have not even started my Christmas shopping yet. Every year I say I'm going to start early and it never happens. I have 2 kids with birthdays at the end of november so I have to plan and buy presents for their birthday parties. The day of thanksgiving is when I will start my shopping and hopefully finish that day to! :)

i hate waiting until the last minute to buy gifts for CHristmas or for anything for that matter. as far as Christmas goes, i often start shopping for next year on the day after Christmas which is a holiday here in Canada. although it is a holiday, the stores are open and the sales abound so i usually start then and then i add to the piles through the year. i am about 50% done and i am planning to start wrapping tonight.

I've not yet but I will be soon. I am going to be doing my shopping online for the most part this year as well, but only so that I can use cashback sites and the such to get money back or get things for cheaper. I may buy some on cyber monday, I've not decided yet.
