How does profitclicking work?

I've looked into profitclicking but don't have a clue how it works or what it is supposed to do. Can anyone explain to me in simple terms how this works?

They said it is a high earning site. I want to join in this site too. According to the site they give the new member a 10$ free to buy traffic you will earn from this in return. When i tried this the 10$ free didnt work. I think you have to invest first a 10$ from your own wallet to earn in this site.

In really simple terms: deposit your money, and gain back your money with profits after some days.
Or search for referrals and make them deposit their money, so you'll get some referral earnings.
If neither you or your referrals deposit money, then you will never earn any real money.
On a side note, please be aware that this kind of program has a high risk. So, don't spend what you can't afford to lose.
