Got rewarded for working hard!

My employer is very demanding but when we work hard it is recognised. I was a bit hesitant in the beginning, when I started working there but I am thankful I decided to stay at the end! It doesn't matter how small it is, I like the fact that I was rewarded and I am looking forwardto work more!

Thank you :-) It not very common to get a bonus and I am glad that I did een though it wasn't much. But it will help me with my expenses and it came riht on time, tomorrow I will leave for my weekend trip!

haha My response comes too late! I came back today from the trip, it was actually a road trip with my friend by car! We did have some empty seats though, lol!

It's a difficult time and bonuses are rare right now at most companies. It was only a small bonus but it was something that surprised me and I felt good. I am sure that my boss got an even bigger bonus from the clients for that project so he decided to give that reward!

I started woking there to learn and get experience so I didn't give a lot of thought about the money. Additionally, I didn't get any other offers so I thought this was my opportunity! I get involved in different things and like what I do but the money is not so good. They are ok but I could have started with a better deal if the employers didn't say about the crisis all the time. Right now, I am in for the knoqledge and the recogition, I want to set a good base for my future. Money is an issue and I will discuss it later, I am new there and I would like to get some experience, that' my priority now.. You are right, there are many different reasons why people work, having everything is the ideal but being happy in the job is basic and a good start!

Some companies still give bonuses, it used to be very often but now with the crisis the budget is lower. Of course it feeld great to be recognised, and even better when you get a money bonus! However it was only a small amount, but very helpful for me in order to cover my expenses!

I think that when companies treat well to their employees, they get more benefits from them. I guess that if someone is insensitive might not feel inspired as you said, but if you are interested about what you do, this is a great motivation to work even harder!

Some people don't realise it or they just don't care! But this is wrong because they have very capable people that so a lot of work and they don't know it! This way they can't use their skills for the best, everything is about good maangement!

I am very thankful, not jusr because of the money bonus but also for the recognition. I think it's more important to have the recognition for the work done than the bonus ( for me). Especially because it's the job that I like an d not a random position where I don't care about the results.
