I just have a shor talk with my colleague and heard a lot of news in our workplace today which I think I cannot get from anyone because some where really confidential. I was just aware on my replies since it is really hard to trust anyone in our work because some of them are back stabbing you. Some were only nice in front of you but some of them will hit you at the back.
Sometimes, it is nice to have such talk with them at least you will be aware of the things that might happen in our work so I can prepare and be ready for it.
How about you mylotters, do you engage your self in short conversations about your work some hear some of your colleague's feeling not only towards their workload but with the management too? How do you handle your response to them?

Yes, I usually listened to them and just slightly react with them. Sometimes, less talk , means less mistakes. I believe that you can catch a fish thru his mouth.

Personally, I like it when I do not know anything. But it can't just be avoided. I would listen to them and would give some very safe response. Most of the time I would just say, "there is always a harvest time".
Have a nice day!

Yes, All I did is to have a safe response. This can actually warn you from something.
