A common sickness is that is of experience stress, depression or burnout. Today it is common with the children too, due to the studies, project work, internet activity music fimlms video games for which we retire to bed late but we are forced to rise up in time either to attend school or office. During the time we bear the consequences of feeling heavy and drowsy, our eyes betray us however we try our best to keep ourselves fresh.
Many have experienced relief from stress from multiple appraoch to the medicine or the alternative methods. Some may have recourse to english medicines, - allopatic, homeopathic, ayurvedic, yoga, aerobics and many other activities. Among these activities, travelling or tourism, outing during weekends, enjoying companionship of the friends, a strong drive to love and serve the suffering and the needy, can be the means to get relief from the stress. For the reason that man is subjective, many adapt many methods. For some even religion, prayer, meditation can heal the persons. We articulate it as faith healing.
The principle of being healed is not so far the method of healing, but our mental receptive capacity which enables and facilitates our healing process. One of the method is the intaking of oxygen in a larger volume, purifies our body and makes easy the blood circulation and our central nevous system gets stimulated to function in a rhythmic and peaceful way. When our blood gets purified all over the body, then the brain is able to controm the whole system of our body. Our contact to the mother earth, the greenery, gazing the sky and the wide horizon enable us to be receptive to absorb the healing power of the Mother earth. Exposing ourselves to the oper air, breathing calmly with a rhythmic balance, paying attention to our heart and the breath circulation, - all these parcatices have a great power to heal us from any disease.

Control your mind and that's more than half the battle won. Everything in moderation is good, be it entertainment and means to keep the mind occupied, or eating or anything else that stimulates the mind.... All other remedies' are after the fact, control of the mind does not lead to the fact ... the 'fact' in this instance is any malady...
No offense intended...
