What is it with people who talk loud on airplanes. I don't mind 10 to 15 minutes of loud laughter and chatting, but the whole flight? I purpose lower my voice when I talk on a plane. I'm not the holiest person in the world, but there's a time a place for everything. I you're this person, please, lower your volume.

I hate that, too. Some people just don't have their manners. Talking loud annoys people who are travelling with you, because they wanna relax, they wanna read, they wanna chat with their relatives there... they can't focus on things. And I really don't wanna hear about stuff like how XY got cheated by their boyfriends or how they fight cellulitis. Once I heard a woman talk on her cell phone on the bus... she was so loud... everyone knew in a minute that in her opinion her husband/boyfriend should go back to that "filthy sl.t" but not before bringing her TV back... don't they realise how embarrassing that is?

They don't realise anything. They're in their own head and in their own world. The thing public places is their private living room.

The last time I rode a plane it was horrible,at the beginning it was calm at first, you heard people talking but they were quite, when we was about to takeoff it got real silent, once we got into the air the people started talking loudly and it started irritating me I just plugged my headphones in and blocked them,I don't know if maybe the people didn't know they were talking loud or if we was flying in the air, once we landed it got quite again.
