Last night: The ambulance was coming and hubby stopped our motorbike from running so that it could pass without any delay. Then to our great dismay it did a wrong turn and hit us. It came pass my legs as I screamed, good thing is suddenly stopped and so it did not cause more damage to my legs and the motorbike. I felt bad, about hubby, about myself, about the ambulance driver, the people inside the ambulance. But I am pretty much annoyed by those bystanders who said.. we should know better about what to do when there is an ambulance and good thing there's only little damage co's the ambulance has no responsibility over us even if it's their fault (this is what I can't accept) could this be possible? I really praise God that I only got a bruise though it's really hurts this time.

Oh my... Hope you and your hubby are okay. Sometimes things are so unfair that we just have to deal with it everyday. So, I must say, just be careful everyday. What did you put to your bruise? I prefer not to put anything. Or maybe a hot compress will do.

Oh yeah, that ambulance made a wrong turn, so even we're already on the side it still hit us. I was shocked co's it was my first time. Just thankful that I only got scratches and bruises. It does hurts but still the rest of my body is okay, hubby is okay and also our motorbike. Our motorbike is a very important means of transportation specially with hubby whose is in Makati and we live in Cavite. I'm treating my scratch with betadine, it hurts like crazy sometimes though specially when I washed it. But for now, it's almost dry and its healing. Thanks.

It is such a tragic event for you, luckily, the ambulance doesn't cause much damage to you when it suddenly stop after hit you off the bike. I assumed the driver of the ambulance vehicle may have make a honest mistake in the split second decision while hurriedly rushed to the accident scene. He may not have noticed you during the turn while driving in a high speed in order to reach the accident spot in time; yes, it is their fault, but you should be reasonable enough to accept their apology for making the wrong turn unintentionally. Thank God you only got a bruise not seriously hurt, may be the ambulance service agency will compensate you for the suffering soon/, you have to hang tight for now.

Yeah, we are very much lucky that night. It bogs me though why they won't be responsible for whatever damage they may cause specially if it is their fault. I just don't understand that part there. Yeah, he was a good man I think admitted that it was his mistakes too. We accepted his sorry and I felt sorry for him myself even though I got this painful scratches on my left leg. No we did not run after any compensation thinking they might deduct that from that poor driver man's salary, after all I'm still doing good and I know that the Lord will take care of ends. Thanks!

Thank Goodness you are safe! I some times wonder about the ambulance and fire brigade reckless driving! I know they have an emergency to attend to but do they have to put other people at risk as well? I think if you did the right thing you should sue them for not been responsible in the first place!

Thank you, we are so thankful ourselves with the Lord too co's He did not allow more damage to happen to us. I know his angels was with us during that time. Yeah, I know they have an emergency and they need to be i a hurry what they also should be in sound thinking and not in a panicked so that other people won't get hurt by their panicking. It would be useless doing that co's its a government decree that fire and ambulance are not liable for things like that. So sad :(

Oh, my. That was so close. I'm glad you and you're husband are okay. Yeah, I guess we really have to be alert if there's a coming ambulance. We can't blame the ambulance because there's an emergency. Just be careful next time. We only live once.

Almost! I thought I'd lost my left leg. Good thing it stopped and did not continue to run or else it would smashed my legs. Oh.. I would be a disable person forever. I don't know what would I do then specially that the ambulance would not take responsible for what happen. I hope it won't happen to us again or to anybody. Thanks and God bless and happy mylotting too!

The important thing is you and your husband are safe. I would also be a bit offended if the bystanders, who instead of asking us if we're fine or even offering us some assistance would end up blaming us even more when they don't know what really happened in the first place. But they could also be as shaken up as you guys, afterall it isn't really a good thing to witness an accident happen right in front of you. I do hope that you still go to your private doctor for a bit of check up just to be on the safe side.

Thank you. Yeah we are safe now, just thinking how blessed we are still even though I got some bruise and scratches. Hubby in his not himself stage almost yelled at them when they said you should have stopped when you see the ambulance... because we are in full stop in the side of the street. I'm pretty sure it wasn't my hubby's fault.

Thank you passion! Thanks to the good Lord who protected us from such accident. I really praise Him for He did not allow more damage will happen to us. One thing I am thankful of is... our baby was not with us, we usually brought her when we do a shirt distance travel. God is really good!

Thanks the Lord for His travelling mercy upon us or else I'll be with already and out of mylot. lol! Yup, that's hubby did actually he left the crowd of people when they seems blaming us instead, it's pointless to argue with them when they really don't listen and just like talking, they won't of any help anyway. Thanks for the treatment suggestion! God bless!

Hi lee! Thanks God you are safe. I have also seen similar incident in our place involving an ambulance and a motorbike. Instead of bringing one patient to the hospital, there were two of them already. Just be careful the next time around. The siren is really loud that we may be able to hear it from a distant. Upon hearing the siren let us go to the side at once. Actually what we do is that we will pull to the side and follow the ambulance, this way we can reach the destination in no time. Get well soon.

Thank you Aries. I am very thankful that all I got was bruises and nothing really very serious happens. Actually some bystanders told hubby that good thing we are okay co's the ambulance has no accountability of whatsoever with us. It's a government thing. They just actually left us after giving me first aid. They don't care if our bike has damage or something. Thanks again!
