actually its fun watching them interact at first but later on it became unbearable. If i don't like certain character them i'll quit watching it. I don't really watch Big brother mainly because of the fabricated drama just to get attention.

Hello gurung, I think that most reality shows are staged. You can just tell that they have been scripted and instructed most of the time. They are thrown together and told who they will be filming with and on what day. So that means they can never truly go about their business as the word 'reality' might suggest.

I don't like them one bit. I can't stand the way the people behave, or should I say misbehave. A lot of it probably is staged. It's all about ratings. The more bizarre the show, the more people will tune in to see what happens next. Not me, I'm tuning in elsewhere thank you very much.

hello gurung. what i think is that reality shows are really not the reality. if you would notice how they act, how they react, and how they exagerrate. what really gives it off is the angle of the cameras. just imagine if you are the one operating the camera. or if you are speaking and there's an obvious camera around you. it's so irritating that they make the people believe that it's all natural when psychologically, it is not. and to top it all of, most people fall for it. sigh. oh well.. you really can't blame them, can you?

Reality shows is one new form of multimdia entertainment, while others prefer to watch soap operas, Reality Shows steps out from traditional TV viewing because it is soley evolves in real life situations, no scripts but real viewing, humans prefer to watch it because they cater a real life based show in real life based situations. Reality television is a television programming that presents purportedly unscripted melodramatic or "humorous" situations, documents actual events, and usually features ordinary people instead of professional actors, sometimes in a contest or other situation where a prize is awarded. The format of a reality show takes control the day-to-day activities and the environment, creating a completely fabricated world in which the competition plays out.

I think at first the people on a reality based show would be on guard about their actions. As the show progresses though, the real character comes out with all the tasks and challenges.

a bit on the boring side, i would rather read a book or be on the net or go out. initially i found it interesting, then i got bored really quick. These shows promise excitement and danger, but are anything but. Take survivor example...looks exciting but soon u realize there is only so much that go go wrong, and the danger element fades away.

Reality shows is all I watch. I have watched my share of tv in my younger years. I cant stand the fake shows. I respect the reality shows more. I do not like when they make up things, act for the camera or edit things together. That is not reality and I hate it to be so manufactured.

I do love that show. That show is really interesting. I think some are really acting of who they are. Some are just pretending for them to be liked by the viewers. But as long as they keep their real identity, still, it is very easy for us viewers to identify who are really possessing and showing the real them.
