Im currently sitting on a plane watching the baggage handlers outside the window. They toss bags around like they're garbage bags. I can't believe they still do this. Don't they know people are watching them? And what about their supervisor. Why don't they tell them o be more careful?

I do also observe that most of the time. that is why when i cannot get rid of having my luggage checked in when I travel, I just make sure that i do not put some delicate objects but even then you are right that they should be careful in dealing with those baggage/

In 2011 I flew on three different planes from London in the United Kingdom to the Caribbean coastline of Colombia. I traveled with my disabled son and my daughter. My children had a buggy suitable for two children.
Our journey was like a nightmare due to a delayed plane, a missed connection and a night arrival time at the Bogota in Colombia. Our luggage got delayed and some of it lost. No wonder if all baggage handlers toss bags around like you saw.
The airline lost some medical stuff for my disabled son, the sun covers for the buggy and the rain cover for the buggy.
This year traveling around on buses my disabled son's buggy had it sun cover broken. Due to my disabled son broken leg he wasn't able to go in his wheelchair so we had borrowed the disabled child's buggy. I had to buy a new sun cover for it when we came back home. I took the buggy back to the hospital with the new sun cover.
Bag handlers need to be more careful.

I"ve had problems with my luggage being torn apart a number of times and so has my daughter. I think their always in such a hurry that they don't take the time to be careful. I'm sure they know they are being watched but they don't care. Their doing their job and that's all it is is a job.
