Hi Smokinq, great to received your information regarding how to maintain healthy hair. I do have long hair, and recently my hair drops a lot. I was wondering could it be that the shampoo is causing some problems to my scalp or the food that i am eating. My hair aren't strong as it used to be, and just slight pull it may drop. This happens very often especially during shower when i wash my hair. There are so many fallen hairs on the floor especially my room. Sigh...long hair is the beauty of a woman, many says. But it is really not easy to take care of it. Hopefully i can try out some food recommended by you to improve for hair, and obtain a healthy and vibrant hair. =)

Hello I'd offer a few tips for torn hair As far as I understood this is your problem Some experts advise to cut down a few inches of hair Drying your hair with a hairdryer detrimental to its durability If it is possible , or reduce or avoid it The mask is also highly recommended

Hi Smokinq, i have been doing that all these while. Whenever my hair starts to drop alot, i know it's time for me to cut my hair. I would go to the barber to get my hair cut about an inch or two. I never use hairdryer because it is unhealthy to our head and hair. I also bought shampoo which promotes stronger hair, and anti hair fall. But after much effort, still my hair does not improve it's strength. So, basically left with you idea is mask. How do i go about it doing this mask for my hair? I am not very clear about it. Maybe you can share some tips and information regarding this. Thank you.

This is very informative. During my twenties and thirties, I did not drink a single vitamin and maybe that is the reason for my thinning and falling hair. Started drinking vitamins 2 weeks ago and felt that there are positive changes. To keep hair healthy, I try to hot oil my hair once as month or twice if time permits to keep it straight and manageable.

I had a hair problem here for along time. I met a hair stylist who told me the best way to take care of my hair was to change shampoos every other month. And it works. Keeps my hair clean and shiny.
