Mybrowsercash - I was scammed in Signing Up program

I signed up this Onedollarpaid under the referrer xlxcosmin on Nov 8 2012.
If I kept active for the first Four days, the relevant advertiser or my referrer named "xlxcosmin" would start evaluating my activities and I should expect to collect the credit of $0.50 USD as my signing up commission.
On the 5th day of the date Nov 12, 2012, I found out the record of this site Onedollarpaid disappeared and I was not credited for the commission of $0.50 USD.
I submitted a ticket to the admin of Mybrowsercash to seek their advise.
On the Nov 15, 2012, I added a screenshot of my past 7 days activities to the submitted ticket in the hope the admin of this Mybrowsercash could assist me further.
However, I was disappointed because there wasn't any feedback from the admin.
Presently, I am considering if I shall continue clicking on Onedollarpaid site or not even though I have around $9.30 in my account balance. I need around $25.00 to cash out if I pay $1.99 USD to upgrade my membership.
Do any of you has any advise to me ?

I think you should continue to be active there so you can cashout..

In fact, I can reach my cash out at $25.50 if I upgrade my membership to Premium member by paying the fee of $1.99 .
But, I am reluctant to do so because of being scammed by my referrer named " xlxcosmin " .
Moreover, this site has a very high chance to be a scam site because of it's high earning scale.
As such, I am still thinking if I shall continue or not.
