Has anyone reactive the Cloudcrowd account?

Hi guys, I just want to ask a question about Cloudcrowd. My account has been suspended due to my silly mistake. I put the wrong answers in the 2 same questions and I didn't notice that until the system notified me that my account has been suspended. I really want my account back so I wrote email to Cloudcrowd, but they didn't respond. So I just want to ask if anyone has the same situation and take the account back? I enjoy working there and I love this site. Just want my account back~~~ =( Thanks.

Have you contacted support for help with your issue? The only way to have an account reinstated is usually to contact someone in customer support and explain what happened and ask for assistance. I don't use Cloudcrowd, but I am sure there has to be a contact us section.

Yes!! I've wrote to them twice, but didn't get any back yet! So sad~~~ =( I still have money in my account and it seems they won't pay me. BTW, do you have any suggestion about other websites like cloudcrowd?

Unfortunately, I do not know of other sites similar to Cloudcrowd. If I were you I would try and find out where their offices were and contact them directly. Even if they choose not to reinstate you, it is only right that they give you the money that is in your account.
