How to buy Android Application from Google Play Store without credit card!

Hi,
This question is from Indian Mylot friends, as how they buy application from google play store without credit card.
Whether any dedicated website which we can use for buying software from google play store??
I tried to buy application from my VCC card, but i faced lot of problem in this process, and i don't want to go ahead with same process.
Any other way, or any good website with help of which, we can buy google play application, i guess the problem is currency, as no option to pay directly from your bank account!
Please share your views.

So far never tried to purchased any app or game from the Play store. But as far as I know, they have provided debit card and credit card both options...
.. Still for the confirmation I checked it and yes debitcard option is there.. I have attached image too for that.
I don't think we can purchase apps by any other method..If you came to know about it pls let me know. But yes there is other option to download those apps and games.. You can pm me for more info for it.

Have you heard about this website, i guess with help of this, we can buy applications, i guess my friend was referring about this website.
