Baby gets fussy when she nurses on my left breast and she pulls away. I know that she is hungry but she would pull away every few seconds and cries. So, I shift to the other side, and that's when she comfortably finishes her feeding.
Could it be that she's not able to get milk from my left breast?
I've been exercising and a little dieting recently, could that have caused the decreasing supply

Thanks for sharing, my daughter in law had this during her first baby, the herbal doctor here gave her some herbal powder, this she took with milk for 15 days, the flow was back and more too.

This sounds more like a positioning issue or a thrush infection to me. Sometimes babies will pull away if they aren't positioned comfortably, or if they are in pain. Check baby's mouth and tongue. Is there a white coating or spots? It could be thrush!
