Yes. TCM is very good. And it works. Astragalus (Huang qi) is very good for building up your immunity. I take it every day and have not had a cold or the flu in about 7 years. And it has been used with success in many illnesses. This is only one example. There are many more good herbal remedies. But it is more than just herbs. It's a philosophy based on Yinyangism. I firmly believe in it. I also believe in Ayurvedic medicine. Better to take herbs than modern day medications whenever possible.

Yes, it is true, I believe in TCM too. They may work slowly, but more stable, and lower side effect. Thanks for your participation.

Certain illness and sickness do respond positively toward Chinese traditional medicines, some of these medicine are unavailable in western form of treatment, they are not part of the active ingredients commonly found in a pill or tablet manufacture in the west. For some people, Chinese traditional medicines is another alternative type of treatment method in addition of western medicines. It is always helpful for a patient to consider the use of Chinese traditional medicine if the locally produced medicine can not cure the illness. I find it is helpful, especially if the illness doesn't require immediate cure after taking the medicine, it usually take a longer time to see good result.

Chinese traditional medicines are quite famous and popular in the community here. Personally, I have not been taking them. But, I do believe in the herbal value of Chinese green tea. I drink green tea every afternoon, very relaxing and refreshing.

Ah, it seems you are not used to the chinese traditional medicines. Maybe you should just give it up, and try to do more exercise and control your mouth, haha Thanks for sharing.
