are you fascinated in nail art? sometimes if i have time i do my own nail art.. only those simple designs because i cant do the complicated ones.. Now a days fingernails and toenails are seen by some as important part of beauty so they put an art on it.. nail art also is a type of fashion activity, related to manicuring.. have you ever tried it..? what is your outlook in nail art? are you fascinated with it too..?

I personally don't paint my nails because I just don't like the way that it feels on my fingers. However, my nine-year-old daughter is a huge fan of painting her nails and she has looked for different ways of doing nail art. One of the things that she has found that I think is the most intriguing is marbled nails. She found the directions on how to do this on youtube and it is something that I am planning on doing with her during her upcoming Christmas break from school.

I think it is so neat the designs and things online for nail art these days. Lots of people are doing their own nail art instead of going to saloons to get them done. My nails never get long enough for nail art but if I could grow them I would love to try some!

Hi, neelia27! I love painting my nails most especially my toes with red polish. I have tried using nail art but since I am a stay at home mom and practically do everything in the house, I couldn't maintain my nails as much as I can coz it will just chip off in a matter of hours. But when I was working back then, I do make my nails as attractive as it can get.

Wow nice to hear that you made your own nail decor... Nail art and other beauty customs is a good way that women feel that they are appreciated and rewards themselves a little pampering and in return gives them good self-esteem and beauty.

Nail art are truly fascinating, and I agree with you on that. Also, the kind of art people put on their nails sometimes reflects their personalities thus it is really interesting. Nails arts are even upgrading now, where there is this machine that converts photos into nail arts.

Well, you see, I, being a man, I'm not very attracted to the nail art.
But I know that some women, keep us in a special way with their fingernails, and toenails.
I met a person who exercises their work as the profession of "nail". Her rate is anything but lower, in fact, every customer who turns to her for this type of treatment, spends € 30 (equivalent to $ 38).
However, though this person has many regular customers, so its gain is guaranteed.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i know it is always exciting to see nail tattoos and if you are doing it for yourself then it adds to its beauty. For many girls it is like spending their time to add a zing to their nails so that it would look fashionable. But then things should be kept as simple as possible otherwise it would look out of place. I have never tried it and i have seen my female friends doing it and flaunting it with style.
What say?

I too do my own nails. When I decided to be a stay at home mom, I went through withdrawals of not getting them done every two weeks at the salon! The cost would be out of our budget now that we were a single income household. So I started looking on Pinterest, and realized that most of the nail art designs were easy to do! And, since I had all the time in the world now, being at home with the kids, I decided to dig right in. Every time I go somewhere now, I get tons of compliments on my designs. And to think I was paying a good chunk of money a money to have someone paint them for me!
