Pirates 2 - Dead Mans Chest

My DVD arrived Monday after a long wait from the cinema. How fantastic! Captain Jack is the perfect Pirate! Have you seen it yet? What did you think?

Jonny Depp has performed brilliantly... Loved the movie.. Watched it on the day of the release... Orlando bloom doesn't have a substantial role in the film, however.

you sound as bad as me, I pre-ordered the DVD as soon as possible too, and saw it the first day.. You are right Orlando does step back a bit this time whick is a shame because he's so lovely too, but my heart belongs to Captin Jack, not even to Johny as himself just in charactor.

the last I heard they were still filming, I was hoping for Xmas time but think it'll be next year now, it's just so hard to wait - they seem to be a long time between.

I must say I enjoyed the fist one soo much! I can't wait to see the second movie. I think JD is perfect for the character. I think he is helerious!

The 2nd is brill to! You have to see it first chance you get, JD is just the same and more so if possible, you're right he's hilarious - it's his eyes and the little walk he does, aaah.

I saw it at the cinema and thought it was a very cool movie. maybe not quite as good as the first one (I didn't like the idea of jack being killed or the two lovers breaking up)

You're just an incurable romantic I can tell, Jack will survive as they are filming pirates 3 and I can't imagine he won't be there. I think Will will forgive Elizabeth that kiss if she tells him the truth, after all she was tricking Jack even if she felt bad after, but will she dare tell him she thinks she killed Jack - the plot thickens, we shall just have to wait and see....
