what is minimum payout in ptcbox?

This question may looks silly. I joined this site after seeing many discussions about this in mylot. while joining the site, minimum payout is mentioned as 1 dollar. recently I reached my pay limit, when I try to redeem my amount I am unable to redeem it. few days back I saw minimum payout as two dollars. I am very confused. please someone help me on this.
