I found a winter jacket I like!

I was at a friends house, and the kid she is taking care of wanting to go into a lot of stores. He was whining away, so to shut him up she took into every store.
We went into one, and while he was running around saying he wanted this or that. I roamed around, I saw a jacket I realy like.
My current winter jacket is about 6 years old, and wore down, I will wear it this year, but I dont know how much longer it will last.
This one was thick, and was pink, beige, and a brown colour. But it was $250.00, but I hope to save up for it, and get it.

Wow, $250.00 really is a lot of money to spend on a winter jacket, but then again, it isn't really all that bad if you are going to be wearing said jacket for the next five to six years.
For me, I don't have a winter coat at all right now. The one that I had was seven years old and it was just as worn out as it could possibly be, during the heat of the summer when it was over 100 degrees outside, I just threw it into the trash can. Now that it is getting cooler outside, I wish I wouldn't have done that.

It's well worth it if you get many years out of it, even my jacket now I paid $150 for it, and it lasted a good number of years. It's really thick and heavy which I like, mine now is not as puffy as it once was.
I thought about throwing mine out, but thought I should get another one first.

You should get the coat if you want it. You spend so much on your animals but you don't spend much on yourself. I'd save up for it too if I really wanted it.

Good for you girl sound pretty and expensive . Hope you get it because it sound real nice , I cant wear those winter jacket here

I certainly know the feeling of seeing something I want and
not being able to afford it..But if its reallyy something I
want I just have to make different arrangements to save up
for it...
The coat sounds like a nice color and I hope you have the
money too get it...can you put in on layaway???

Most stores here wont do layaway, but I will put so much away and maybe it will come on sale, or some sale for Christmas. I don't have the money, and even though I liked it that much I wouldn't spend money I don't have. But I didn't think the cost was too bad as I would be wearing it until it falls apart (usually 5 - 8 years).

Hmm the kid is too naughty. The jacket sounds interesting with 3 colors. I think you will start saving from now and you can get it buy next month. But will the jacket be there till next month? Mine is also old i am planning to buy a new one on Monday.

If that is pink then it must be really pretty! Hope you can be able to save the amount you needed to buy it before the winter. In our place I can also see some jackets in the second hand shops. I would by those which are not so thick because you know, we don't have winter in our place but there are times that it is also really cold especially when the time the the ice in your place melt down already.
I am always waiting for the time in a year so I could wear them because they are very pretty.

250 dollars for a jacket? That's pretty expensive. Just hold off because black Friday is coming up soon and the price on that jacket may go down and being holiday seasons their going to be having a lot of sales from Thanksgiving to Christmas time so may be a lot cheaper. I would keep going back or checking online store if they have one and see if the price has gone down. I couldn't imagine spending 250 on a jacket. I waited til Black Friday and got my winter jacket and only paid 150 for it and it was originally 300 dollar jacket. I love shopping after the holiday season.
