If you have never heard Immortal, and you like Black Metal, you should really check them out. Venom gave birth to Black Metal and Immortal is one of the bands that helped to mold it into what it is today.

Wow. I don't know if you would call them Black Metal, but I love Children of Bodom, Chimaira, (my hometown boys), Trivium. It's too many to name, but like I said, love metal!

I believe everyone who is into black metal has listened to immortal. They are one of the most important black metal bands in the genre's history. I really enjoy their videoclips as a matter or fact, because I find them kinda funny. The way they run around forests and mountains is hilarious. However they have been a great inspiration for all the black metal bands that followed.
