When I was working as kitchen crew, I sleep at 11PM until 5AM. So, I sleep 6 hours only. I have to go to work or not to be late. If I have no work I sleep at least 8 hours. I do not sleep at afternoon because it makes me boring. Sometimes, I take a nap at least 2 hours in the afternoon.
How about you guys?

Now the same like you. Presently, I go to bed at about nine, and usually i cannot fall asleep at once, so i play my cell for about an hour and then sleep. I get up at 5:30 on workdays for the plant is on the either side of the city. But luckily, the company offered shuttle bus. I always have a nap on the bus to the plant or back home, and when i wake up, i arrive. I usually reach home at about 6:30, if the traffic is not so heavy. So everyday i have little time for myself. The workday can be divided into two parts: sleep and work. It just sounds crazy, and fortunately i achieve a fat pay. Though it has been four months but i cannot be accustomed to it because i usually sleep very late in university and also get up late. Now it really gets me in trouble!!

When you started working your usual routine will really change and that is one thing that you need to adjust. your sleeping hours. But Luckily you can have time to sleep at bus. well here we just transport using jeepneys. We just use bus when we travel from onre city to another.

Jez,what is jeepneys, and how many people can it hold at mosr? Can you give me a brief introduction about it, and i am really curious about it, for there is no such kind of vechle in our country. When we want to go to another city, we usually take railway or plane.

For me it really depends. Most of the time due to my busy schedule, I am only able to get about 6 hrs a night. But from time to time I find myself needing more. I even take a nap usually on one of my days off just to regroup, especially since I am also doing the Hyperbaric oxygen treatments. But I often find myself a little more tired the more sleep I get.

I normally slept at 10:30pm at night and wake up about 7am. This means I have an average of 8 to 8 and half hours sleep per day. However I do sleep much later during weekend watching television or go for a late night movie. If I do not have enough sleep, I will feel sleepy and moody too... I hardly take afternoon nap. It makes me tired and lousy too unless I am not feeling well.

The amount of hours of sleep depends on what we do. When I was working I would get somewhere between 4 and six hours of sleep. Now I am getting about 6 to 8 hours of sleep. Sometimes I hardly sleep and other times I sleep too much. It happens.

I average about six hours of sleep a night, though I wish I could get more. If I go to bed later, I will often wake up several times during the night. I think we need more sleep as we get older, we just don't get all that sleep at night like most people. I think we take on habits we had in our teen years and grab sleep when ever we can.

Well I used to have six hours of sleep during workdays which is quite enough for me.Sometimes do take a nap during lunch break. But during weekends, since no work, I used to have 8 to 10 hour of sleep that really cover up the lost hours of sleep during workdays.
