merging itunes library on iphone with library on mac

Does anyone know how to merge itunes libraries using a phone and a mac? either transferring the library from the iphone to the computer or vice versa without having to replace one with the other? thanks

As far as I know, you can't merge libraries between devices but you can sync them. If you want to transfer music from your iPhone to your mac, you can if your not using the native music app that was built in the phone. And if your songs are in the native music app then I think you have to download some app that will make it possible to view the iphone like a normal folder or stuff like that.
