I have to disagree with you women don't always enjoy nor love shopping. Every women is different when it comes to shopping. I hate shopping and shopping has nothing to do with ones gender. Men do like shopping not all of them do. Centain people love the hunt for a sale to find something for the better price.
Normally the men that don't like to shop is because they don't care the same with women that don't like to shop they just don't care. The hassle it takes to to find the thing you want to have to listen to people ask you do you need help or do you want this or that. It gets old and annoying and some times then you have to deal with other people shopping and finding a parking space and having the money.

I think that guys cannot stand shopping because they're looking at things that do not interest them. If they shop for cars or hardware, they might be more interested in shopping. Of course guys do not want to shop for women's clothes. Women love shopping because they are looking and buying things that interest them a lot.

I am a man, so I can answer your question I guess. Most of us are like little boys, we are not really concerned much about shopping if it has to do with clothing, house things etc. On the other hand, if we are looking for electronics, computers, gadgets and generally toys for grown ups, then we can stand that kind of shopping. I feel this applies for the most men, although of course not everyone. Or maybe I am just weird:P

I don't see my boyfriend having trouble with shopping. In fact, he even helps me choose. He's truly a treasure. And I tease him he might be gay then he acts gay for the fun of it. Oh yeah, he's confident about his sexuality as a man.
Anyway. Maybe guys finds it a waste of time or maybe they find women taking too long doing shopping so they get impatient.
My advice is if your guy doesn't like shopping, don't take him. You don't really need him when you shop. You especially don't need a grouchy boyfriend tagging along while you shop LOL. You can send him off to another place like the video store and if he's paying for the shopping or the groceries, just ask him for the money hahaha
cruel?
Well, my dad fits this very description. My mom is not very good with dealing with the problem. If I was her, I'd send my dad off somewhere else to let him pass the time while i shop.

Hello! Well one fact about guys is that they don't like shopping and don't have any patience walking and browsing an item after item. Unlike us girls, we are so meticulous on the things we are buying, we are really checking really closely on the item, checking if it has damages or none. Asking if there are any other stocks and so on and so forth.
While on the other hand, guys, before going to the mall to buy something, they made sure they know what they are going to buy. When they are finally there, they just look for the item and buy it. No questions ask! But if you would notice, they would be very meticulous if it was a car part they are going to buy.

Actually I am a woman and I HATE shopping so I guess not all women like to shop either. I go in a store get what I need and get out, I hate it. My husband likes to walk around a store for hours, it drives me CRAZY! Most people think all men like sports too but my husband hates them! Haha, guess we are unique!

I enjoy shopping and I'm a male. However I'm a fast shopper even if I'm window shopping. I don't tour the store five times looking at every single item in the store. If I see a shirt on the window display I go in look at the shirt (scream after I see the price) and get out. Also if the sales associate is very pushy I'll just leave, even if I wanted to look around the store more.

That's a very good question, one that I don't think we will ever get an answer to...LOL I wont lie I love to shop. I don't always shop to buy sometimes I just window shop as well, but the one thing that I've learned is to never ever go shopping w/ my husband or step father in law. Like all men they just want to go in the store, get what they came there to get & leave. It was so frustrating, so now any time I was to do any shopping at my own pace I go out shopping with my Mother in Law who loves shopping almost as much as I do.

Men are more practical and they do not care to fashion as much as women does. Men, they go find what they need, then go out. Women like to window shopping, comparing prices, looking at sales. Men, doesn't really have the patience to go around the mall to find the cheapest item. They think it's not worth their time just to save a few bucks.
Interest is also different. Women likes mall, fashion, bags, shoes, etc. Men like electronics. So if you go to Best Buy, men may spend more time than women.
But this is just in general. Some men like going shopping.

I know guys who enjoy shopping more than I do. I guess it depends on what kind of store it is and if there is a real reason to shop!

I do not consider this to be a matter of patience, more a case of personal interest. When I go to the supermarket it is solely for the purpose of restocking the refrigerator and cupboards, so I simply wish to buy the products and then return home. If it takes a while to find the items that I want then that is fine, but I certainly would not browse around and kill time.
The same applies if I wish to buy a shirt or shoes etcetera. If I have to visit several shops to find what I want then I am happy to do so, but I do not consider it to be pleasure so as soon as I find something appropriate I will cease shopping.

Men and Women have different things to consider as their form of leisure, Women prefer the fashion side they prefer hanging out in Malls,Spas,Salons, or something that has to do with beauty and aesthetics.
Men on the other hand prefers recreational and physical related activities as their type of leisure usually this includes sports, having a drink in a pub, doing work out etc. They find it that with these types of activities they see their manhood like woman sees their womanhood in fashion.
But this also is brought by people's interests be it a woman or a man and what satisfies them for their leisure time.
