Fortune 500 companies treat the employees badly?

Have you ever been employed by a big name company, then find out they treat the employees badly? I used to work for a theme park where everything is nice and happy outside but behind the scenes you are just a number or slave.

I don't agree with this statement as generalization is never a good thing. Some large companies have jerks that manage others and they treat their employees badly but not all. Some small companies treat their workers like parts to a machine that if broken or rusted are easily exchanged.

Yes, I can see what you are saying. However nowadays seem like there is less and less of those good companies to work for.
