Hello!
I'm just interested to know what's your opinion about Romania. I mean - have you ever been there, what do you connect Romania to. I'm half Romanian and I only visited Calafat. It's a very nice place on the Danube river bank. Every year a music festival is taking place there. It's for accoustic music or as they call it in Romania - folk.
It seems like I think about music, parties and nice people when I think about Romania. We all know the Dracula stories but I personally do not associate it with them. Though I love the Dracula stories.
What's your comment on this?
Good Luck,
Stan

It is unfortunate that most people only think about Transylvania or Dracula when thinking of Romania. It is a vast country with very interesting people, places and culture. I would like to visit someday, and watch Taraf de Haidouks and eat Amandine. Calafat sounds like an interesting place to visit. It is also along the Danube.
