Bad coaching

As the season rolls along the head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers has continued to make very questionable calls. Once again he had the chance to pull Bryon Leftwich, seeing he was clearly hurt and not able to perform the role of QB at the time, yet he allowed him to stay in the game. I agree that they are paid to play the game but when everyone could see he was not able to even make the simplest throws without ease then it is the role of the head coach to make the call to bench him and send in the next player that is healthy and not cause more harm to the team and player. If the head coach is not willing to make these calls and continue to make questionable calls then maybe the owner needs to sit him down and have a long talk tohim about the role of the head coach and proper thoughts.
