What makes you want to find a new job

as a person who have worked,you may think that should i change a job.i want to ask,what would make you decide to change it,the job,the earning,the mates?
foreground and earning are the thing i care more.now i think i meet the dilemma,i do this job three years,i find it makes me confused about foreground and earning.if i quit,i must begin a work in new business.
what should i do?

I am also planning to find a new job,since in my current job i just earn a little and that earning is just suites for all the needs in our everyday life. that is why i want find a job that has more earnings to be able to buy sometimes some luxuries to my son and my self.

Now I work in school, I like such situation that I won't feel too tired, but to tell the truth, the salary is not high. So I want to find a comfortable and high salary joy, but I know it is impossible.

A few months ago I left my part time job because I was getting paid minimum wage and new people were getting hired and would make more than me even though I had been there a year. I thought that was really unfair and it made me really angry to work there. I also didn't feel that my work was appreciated and that the company didn't appreciate it's employees at all.
I got so fed up and I decided to quit. Now I work literally right next to my old store and I'm much happier with this new company that I work for. I get paid much more and I'm treated a lot better and the company really does go above and beyond for it's employees.

704925982,thank you for telling us your true feelings. I think you should ask yourself whether your current job is the one you love to do. In my view, interest is the most important thing and then foreground and salary. But never mind, even you change you job, it doesn't mean you have to go into another business. You can choose a similar company.
