The story is like this: i have been a member of website A for one and a half years. My account was suspended yesterday. When it was available i usually logged in to it in my office, at home or even at my parents'. I would like to know if they have also blocked my IP adress (besides the user name).If so, do they block three? (office IP, home Ip and my parents'). How can i create another account on their website? i would like to start from scratch.

hi 345042441, have you checked with the admin of that website for the reason they suspended you? if the reason they said is because of multiple accounts detected, it is most likely that they will also block your IP address(es). 
even if you were able to create a new account this time and start from scratch, but once they found out that you were actually the same person as the one they have suspended earlier, they still have the right to terminate your account again at the time when they detected this. 
i would suggest you to contact the admin and explain the whole situation to them and then request them to give you another chance to stay in their website by restoring your account.

No, i've only created one. The account was suspended is weegy. Ihave given several wrong answers.

if that's the case, i think you can just contact the admin and request him to restore your account giving the reason that you had mistakenly given several wrong answers and promise them it will never happen again.

That depends on the site's restriction and if you had violate any terms or service from the site you are registered. I suggest you try registering again, if you can't perform a registration then probably they blocked your IP address. But some sites do require saving information including IP addresses for their security sake.

What kind of website it is? Mostly online earning sites will block their users if two users logged from same lp then they will block the users. I think someone might have logged into the same website from your office.
