Hello mylotters! I have been almost three months since my last time on mylot, I moved to a new house, and for some reason I can't access mylot.com from there... I don't know why. I have been received mails from friends opening new threads that I couldn't answer, it was so frustrating!
I could log in now because I am in a Burger King and I brought my laptop with me... this is the first place I thought about visiting. I miss you all so much... I don't know when I'll be able to log in again. :( So, see you next time I wish you love and peace.

I would call your ISP and ask them. You obviously didn't block the site but it's not allowing you to log in. It's not your laptop as you've brought it to another location and can log in just fine. I'd just call up the ISP and talk to them about it, maybe they can remedy it from their end.

Have you tried logging in using another browser?
Have you tried what other mylotters suggest here?
Hope you can access mylot soon without going to other place other than your home.

This is very strange and certainly NOT something you would expect from one of the more expensive ISPs!
It is clearly an issue with either the router (which is probably supplied by Virgin) or the ISP, not with your PC's configuration. It is therefore their duty to you to sort it out and you should call their Support line and keep on at them until they do something!
You might want to try using OpenDNS rather than Virgin's DNS. This would involve making a fairly simple change in the router/PC configuration, which is all explained on the OpenDNS site: http://www.opendns.com/business-solutions/premium-dns/benefits/ when you join. It is completely free, by the way, though they will, of course, offer you extra facilities at a price which you DON'T have to take!

Awww ... how sweet of you. Too bad you moved to a different town. Well, as long as there's a laptop and internet then there will always be MyLot. Except if it is blocked where you are using the internet. Haha!

Is there a block on the internet from certain sites? I remembe rin college they did this on the school internet so I had to go home and use it. But glad to see you can access it maybe you need to go out, and use it (I would since I need the extra money). Most fast food palces around here have free wifi.

Maybe you could contact your internet service provider why you can't open mylot.com. I am wondering realy why this is happening to you when you had said that you just moved to a new house. Have your computer checked too. Maybe it has a new settings or something.
I wish to hear from you once you are able to connect to the net again
